We hope you love our products, but sometimes things do not go as planned. electronicfashions is a Business-to-Consumer model (B2C) with an aim to sell best electronic gadgets to its customers at best prices or affordable prices. To fulfill this electronicfashions relies on CJ dropshipping service providers.  While we work hard to bring best products to our customers at best prices possible, we neither manufacture, stock nor ship the products. 

However, we are always committed to provide best customer service. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, offer replacements, and issue refunds. 

Return and Refund Policy:

  • We accept returns of or refund for products delivered damaged, defective, lost in transit or stolen packages only.
  • We do not accept returns of or refund for wrong items or change of mind.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

  * wrong item means : different color, model, size or features from the one you ordered.

  * change of mind means : It refers to situations where a customer simply decides they no longer        want the item after purchasing it. For example, they may have bought it on impulse, realized            it doesn't suit their needs, or found a better deal elsewhere.

Replacement Policy:

  • If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued.
  • For lost in transit or stolen packages, there are two options available to customers: We can either refund the customer for the entire order or we will ship out a replacement for customer's order, free of charge -- it's completely the customer's choice.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the 
six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification
code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to
return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return.
6. If a product is delivered damaged or defective in addition to filling the
return request form please send a high-quality image or video of the damage
or defect of the product along with delivery details using the same email-id

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an
email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product
is returned, you receive a refund.
